Chapter 3 - Chapter 4
I was impressed on that every children who have cancer, treated differently from normal children. At the beginning of this story, Hazel's mother was really excited on Hazel's thirty-third half birthday which is not happening to normal healthy children. Therefore, they are becoming "Otherness" by having cancer. That fact is quite depressed to me.
Also on this chapter explains about the relationship between a children who has cancer and who hasn't. Hazel explained the relationship between her and Kaitlyn is "unbridgeable distance" which is cannot be closer because of the cancer barrier. Moreover, a little girl who asked about the tubes in Hazel's nose can be also explain that Hazel is different than the others.
Therefore, I think she wants to avoid and take a rest from getting stress that she is a cancer patient some moments that she is a cancer patient with reading a book "The Price of Dawn, called Midnight Dawn. "

THE FAULT IN OUR STARS - JOHN GREEN
page 22-37 (Chapter 2)
-Main event-
-The relationship between Hazel and Augustus.
-Augustus's driving
-Schools and cancer.
-Hazel's surgery for thyroid cancer and remove lung tumors( Hazel's physical condition)
-Hazel managed her ordeal
-Hazel met Augustus's parents
-Talking about Augustus's basketball trophies. (Augustus's dream)
-They read one another's favorite books (The Prince of Dawn/ An Imperial Affliction)
I was quit impressed on this second chapter. Because this story is about the person who got a cancer, but the author is trying to show how they managed their ordeal. That made me to think a lot. Like how would I be if I have cancer or etc.
